1 STEP

Check if the wall surface is suitable:

Stick a piece of tape to the wall and test its adhesion.

  • If there is some resistance when peeling the tape, and you need to pull it slowly, the wall surface is considered suitable.
  • If the tape comes off easily, it indicates poor adhesion to the wall. In this case, it is recommended to apply a primer coat to the wall.

2 STEP

After applying the primer, let it sit for 4-6 hours to ensure the primer is completely dry before applying the magnetic backing

(if the wall passed the adhesion test above, this step can be skipped)

3 STEP

Before applying the magnetic backing, wipe the wall with a dry cloth to ensure there is no dust or loose particles.

4 STEP

When peeling off the yellow release paper, avoid touching the adhesive surface with your fingers to prevent reducing its adhesion

5 STEP

When applying the magnetic backing, make sure to use a scraper promptly and apply firm pressure on the surface and edges to ensure the adhesive fully bonds with the wall

6 STEP

After the magnetic backing is applied to the wall, let it sit for 24 hours to ensure it is fully adhered with no lifted edges or corners, then proceed to attach the wallpaper

7 STEP

After the magnetic base is applied, let it rest for 24 hours.

Then, attach the wallpaper (with slight overlap at the edges).

If it is misaligned, peel it off and adjust.

LAST STEP

You can also attach magnetic whiteboard film on the magnetic backing or magnetic wallpaper!
